**Please Note that items purchased in store after June 8th, 2012 have been marked FINAL SALE ON SALE ITEMS and do not apply to the below policy.


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from LOCALE. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at ANY TIME after purchase if the following conditions are met:

- All items must be unworn.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original sales receipt.
- No returns on earrings.

You can return your order by courier by calling 1-800-246-9405, toll free

*PLEASE NOTE:

- Checks may only be refunded in cash 10 days after the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.

- For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal refunds in store.
